Renewing Your FL MMJ License Card (Walkthrough)

(For Florida Residents with a Florida ID/Drivers License)

Login: Most patients first step is updating thier login & password since they expire annually

To update your password click the button (your username is your email you used when you first applied for an MMJ card.

Once you have reset your password you will need to login to the OMMU to start this process

Once logged in, you can start following the steps below:

Step 1: Navigate to "Patient Card" section

Step 2: If your card is expired it will say Expired, click the Begin Renewal button to start renewal. The website will let you know they use DMV info to verify accurate demographics etc.

Step 3: Steps are listed on the left side. If the info on the right matches what is on your ID/Drivers License you can continue. Be advised, if you Update Your Info and it doesn't match your DMV info, you will need to supply residency documents and it will cause the state to delay your approval for a review process to take place.

Step 4: Click supply a photo

Step 4-a: Check state ID (this pulls your drivers license photo)

Step 4-b: Verify photo and info is correct

Step 6: Verify proof of residency, click supply proof

Step 6-a: This buttons pulls your State ID photo (do not supply your own picture if you have a FL ID, uploading your own glamour shot will cause delay/denial)

Step 6-b: Verify all info is correct then continue.

Step 7: Sign & Submit the application

Step 8: Payment

Step 8-a: Input payment details.

The Reciept will be emailed to you automatically. You will need to close This Page, then return to your OMMU profile to complete the final process. Clicking the Back button will not work

Verify Your good to Go
