This deposit will be subtracted from your visit cost when you arrive at our offices.
Deposits required 24-48 hours in advance of appointment date to secure confirmed appointment. 
Appointment cancellations for these appointments must be made 24 hours in advance, any missed appointments or "no call - no show" will not be eligable for a refund.
